How Does The Spiral Work?
Embark on a 10-week journey through The Spiral's 7-level process, carefully structured to align with the energy centers of the chakras. Drawing inspiration from the Vedic Chakra System, Spiral Dynamics, and The Scale of Consciousness, The Spiral incorporates advanced techniques such as kinesiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) for emotional clearing.
The Spiral clears 22 of the most common emotions relevant to the human experience. Clearing these emotional and energetic blockages can also clear physical illnesses, chronic conditions, and self-sabotaging behavioral patterns.
After setting your intention during your first session, you will discover the power of your being through an exploration of your chakras. Your investment in you will land deeper and deeper with integration and practice. The cycle of transformation makes a direction for change as you say you’re completely ready.

We meet online via Zoom each week for 10 weeks. Each session is 60-90 minutes. Please make sure you are in an area free from distractions. You may want to be in an area that allows for sound as this can be a somatic process.
In-person options are currently available in Delaware, (DelMarVa, PA + DC with an additional fee).

You may want or need additional integrations (aka homework) as you take this work deep into your bones. Depending on your desire and style, physical, emotional, energetic, mental, and energetic integrations are suggested for deep transformational goodness.

The process was founded by Dane Tomas in 2012, and came together after 12 years of experimentation with different maps and models to clear shit that keeps us from living in our highest and best. It combines elements and learnings from Spiral Dynamics, Kinesiology, the Chakra System and The Scale of Consciousness.
